The Buloke Shire own five contemporary early learning centres across the Buloke Shire, for families with young children to access Free Three- and Four-Year-Old Kinder.
The Birchip, Donald & Wycheproof facilities are managed by the YMCA Ballarat.
The Charlton facility managed by Shine Bright EYM.
The Sea Lake facility is managed by Mallee Track Health and Community Services.
The Buloke Shire Council and Early Years managers are committed to the implementation of universal access to early childhood education. These education services are licensed by the Department of Education and Training and the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
